The New Moon Circles are held once a month, around the eve or day of the New Moon in person at Yoga Path Palm Beach, located at 4514 S Dixie Hwy, WPB, FL 33405; the times vary for this event. You can expect a little moon talk, where Amanda breaks down the energies & themes by incorporating the Astrology behind the current New Moon & how to work with it, intention setting, some introspective work through journaling, guided meditation, breath work, a New Moon ritual, yin yoga & a delicious sound bath. This event is $40.00 & you can register through yogapathpalmbeach.com to claim your spot. Full Moon Circles are held once a month around the eve or on the day of the Full Moon from 7-8p EST in person at The Studio 1016, located at 1016 Clare Ave Suite 5, WPB, FL 33401. You can expect a little moon talk, where Amanda breaks down the energies & themes by incorporating the Astrology behind the current Full Moon & how to work with it, intention setting, some introspective work through journaling, guided meditation, breath work, a Full Moon ritual, & a delicious sound bath. This is a Donation Based event. You can register through Eventbrite.com via The Studio 1016 to claim your spot. Whether you are attending the New Moon or Full Moon circle, please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat/blanket/towel, perhaps a pillow for extra support, & your beautiful self. Something to consider: Amanda typically uses candles, flowers, incense, palo Santo, &/or sage as part of intention setting & creating the sacred space for these events. If you are sensitive to smokey environments or such scents, please take this into consideration before registering.
